Responsible for maintaining daily cycle count program and ensure all required actions are performed as required in order to maintain the integrity of the cycle counting system.
Monitor all aspects of inventory in SAP system including but not limited to inventory adjustments, receiving, shipping, material issuance, allocations, work order confirmations, scrap, hold, put-away, intercompany transfers, returns and plant to plant transfers.
Responsible for solving inventory problems of extensive scope and complexity. This includes the system analysis and reconciliation of cycle count discrepancies and other inventory related discrepancies.
Responsible for all data entry in support of Inventory management processes, including daily postings, maintenance of analytical spreadsheets and schedules, etc.
Carry out end of batch reconciliations on materials on the Material Inventory Logs (MIL’s) and update related metrics.
Provide assistance, guidance and support other departments as needed for SAP process regards to the questions for Inventory related transactions.
Prepare audit spreadsheets, root cause analysis and corrective actions for monthly audits and provide updates to senior management on action taken with identified audit items.
Assist the Regulatory Compliance Manager in gathering data for submittal to government agencies as requested. Keeping track and provide information of available Quota’s by balancing receipts vs. PO’s for all controlled material.
Maintain, complete, monitor and file 222 forms, Quota letters, EXP waste documents and out bond shipment log for List-I, C-1, C-II and C-III material.
Reporting to Regulatory Affairs non-compliance issues for controlled material that are identified including: audit deficiencies, unaccountable losses, security deficiencies, and failures to accurately maintain MIL records, batch records, and security records.
Monitor compliance with inventory SOP’s related to raw, intermediate, work-in-process (WIP) and finished materials within Hayward site.
Assisting Inventory Control Manager in performing internal and external SAP transaction audits, preparing audit results, maintain and update procedures and SOP’s.
Generates vendor schedules and purchase orders for manufacturing and packaging materials in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Manages and expedites open POs for assigned commodities.
Manage material change control process for raw material.
Associates degree + 5 years experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years’ experience using SAP and Microsoft Excel, and in Inventory Management.
Must have strong analytical skills and at least 5+ years Microsoft Excel experience
Demonstrated attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.
Excellent verbal, written communications, Microsoft office, excel and power point skills.
Excellent basic mathematical skills needed to perform calculations related to material requirements, unit of measure conversions, and other metrics.
Experience with governmental agencies regarding the control and maintenance of compliance status with raw, intermediate, finished and controlled materials is strongly desirable.
General warehouse/office environment with routine use of regular office equipment such as computer, telephone, fax, copier, and other business related equipment. Interaction with a number of different departments on issues related to operations in Hayward, CA and Philadelphia, PA.
