Manage assigned client relationships as well as assist as necessary throughout the investment management function; assist in the trade activity, research, and evaluation of current and prospective investment securities; and, assist in the analysis and application of various presentation and reporting functions.


  • Manage assigned client accounts in keeping with governing instrument, the needs of the clients and/or beneficiaries.
  • Assist as necessary in the managing of portfolios handled by the Trust Department.
  • Actively participate as a member of the QCRH and Trust Investment Committees, including efforts in research for current and prospective investment holdings.
  • Assist as necessary with trade activity for fixed income, equity, and mutual fund securities for portfolios managed by the Trust Department.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of economies and current events affecting investment matters.
  • Maintain working knowledge of the Bloomberg and/or other technological tools in use.
  • Assist administrative and business development personnel in the preparation of RFP’s and presentations to clients and/or prospective clients.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned from time to time.

  • Requirements:


  • Several years of experience with security research and portfolio management, particularly within a trust department, preferred.
  • CFA or CFA candidate, plus bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, math or other related field, or equivalent working experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks and work independently.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both oral and written.
  • MS Office experience preferred.
