Chase Wealth Management (CWM) is a business within the Asset Management distribution channel that includes Chase Investments and Chase Private Client. Chase Investments (CI) provides investment and advisory services to customers within the 5,000 Chase branches nationally. Chase Private Client (CPC) was formerly a pilot program that has developed into one of the firm's key growth priorities. It focuses on a client segment historically underserved in Asset Management—clients with a liquid net worth of $500k to $5mm. Chase Private Client now serves over 106,000 households with assets of over $160 billion.
Overview of Role:
Vice Presidents on the CWM Investment Product Strategy Team are responsible for working with both management and product heads to lead initiatives in product development, strategic planning, business analysis, and other internal projects that support high impact growth in our business. They can expect to work extensively with colleagues across Chase Wealth Management, Global Wealth Management and Asset Management; including front office, product, legal, finance, compliance, supervisory, training, sales and operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and refining key strategic priorities for the business and working to get them executed across all functional teams
Vetting appropriateness of solutions through relevant committees and partners
Creating, modifying, and launching tailored solutions for our distinct client segments
Developing recommendations and presenting to senior management
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Strong conceptual thinking abilities
Ability to prioritize, multi task, and organize work to meet deadlines, across multiple projects and managers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability and ability to work under pressure
Strong research and analysis skills, with ability to synthesize and interpret data
Ability to present recommendations to senior management with conviction
