Assistant Director of Campus Ministry Overview Participate in 7-member team ministry at a Catholic university founded by the Congregati
on of Holy Cross. Full time, 12-month position. Start date: Spring/Summer 2014.

Coordinate Sacramental Preparation programs. Direct and coordinate retreat programs. Coordinate training and scheduling of liturgical ministers. Coordinate planning and celebration of campus liturgical life including major university celebrations. Supervise Peer Minister(s) in developing service leadership among students. Liaison with Residence Life and Student Life programming of new student parent orientation. Provide spiritual counseling to students, faculty and staff. Serve as spiritual resource and advisor to campus organizations. Collaborate with team in coordination, planning and execution of campus ministry program. Perform other duties as required.

MA in Theology, Religious Studies or related field. MDiv. preferred. Experience in campus ministry and sacramental preparation. Experience in pastoral counseling. Experience in liturgy planning and preparation. Knowledge of liturgical music preferred. Practicing Roman Catholic with a commitment to Catholic Social Teaching. Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred. Comfortable with social media and online ministry. Flexibility with working hours and ability to work in team ministry. Ability to comply with workplace guidelines and attendance requirements. Successful completion of an employment and/or criminal history background check required.
