er holidays and intersessions. This is a non-benefits eligible temporary position.
Provide reference services to the students, faculty, and staff of St. Edward's University and to other library users. Provide general and specialized reference services at the library information desk both in person and via chat and telephone. Provide general technical assistance on computers and other library equipment. Follows library procedures and policies. Other duties as assigned.
ALA accredited Master's Degree OR currently enrolled in an ALA accredited Master's Degree program with successful completion of the standard reference course. Recent experience providing reference services in a library using electronic and print resources. Demonstrated superior customer service skills. Ability to comply with workplace guidelines and attendance requirements. Successful completion of an employment and/or criminal history background check required.
