This is a small company so the ability to multi-task and wear many hats is essential. The ideal Jr. Admin Assistant has interest in the industry and experience in a reception or front desk role. Additional tasks for the Jr. Administrative Assistant include: distributing mail, filing, faxing, scanning, projects, occasional research, and errands.
