Job role: Junior - Mid-Level Business Analyst
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ
Duration: 11 months+
Description:
Candidate will participate in the execution of Desktop Virtualization deployment project.
Responsibilities will include environment analysis, business unit communication, process documentation and server migration coordination. Perform other related duties as assigned or required within group's infrastructure projects.
Must exhibit excellent communication (written and oral), analytical and trouble shooting skills. Able to shift roles within multiple infrastructure projects when necessary. Self starter, self learner, creative thinker. Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
Requirements :
o Experience with data analysis
o Experience using Excel and Access DB to manipulate user information (name, location, etc)
o Knowledge with Active Directory user profile
o Ability to analyze data and recommend objective-based actions based on analysis.
Nice to have:
o Experience in managing infrastructure upgrades/rollouts for client/server and end-user computing a plus.
o Experience and knowledge with Citrix is a plus
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003/2007, Wyse Terminal, and Sharepoint a plus.
o Project management experience and process oriented skills are important.
Knowledge of Chartis / AIG business, application, and technical support structures a plus.
