Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
The position requires two equivalent years of experience in analysis and technical management.
Candidates must have strong program management, data analysis, and systems engineering disciplines with an emphasis in space systems. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required. The ideal candidate will have the ability to contribute effectively to working groups through oral and written communication and cooperative working relationships and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Applicant must be able to obtain and maintain the proper security clearance.
This position involves collecting data, developing cost estimates, and maintaining project schedules for a variety of state-of-the-art, high technology, Air Force space programs. Candidates will be required to work closely with government program office teams and contractors. The work routinely requires the successful blend of engineering and economics in analyzing complex, leading edge technology programs, as well as the defense, documentation, and presentation of analysis results.
