Position Summary:
Monitor the robotic equipment for supply needs, jams, safe an efficient flow of operations. Maintain minimum inventory to support production.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Operator Care- basic lubrication, inspection adjustments, repairs, cleaning (CLAIR).

LEAN Manufacturing- Contribute to a continuous improvement environment by participating in activities to include line side problem solving.

Participate in a 5S program to contribute to a safe and organized work environment.

Physical lifting/moving, bending to stock material from inventory location to robotic equipment. (min 25 Lbs).

Perform perfect packaging checks.

Safely and efficiently resolve jam ups and equipment malfunctions.

Operate a mechanical pallet jack safely and efficiently.

Ability to resolve jam ups and equipment malfunctions.

Identify material quality defects and take appropriate action.

Weigh rework using a floor scale and Human Machine interface (HMI) workstation.

Operate handheld digital scanner.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

High School diploma or equivalent

Prior high speed manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to contribute in a team work environment

Ability to sustain focus on detail in highly routine job.

Ability to communicate effectively to ensure product flow to next work station.

Ability to perform problem solving skills and make effective decisions.

Ability to contribute to a safe and organized work environment.

Ability to work in cold damp environment.

Ability to perform basic math equations.

Ability to work variable shifts, weekends, and/or holidays

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position outlined in the Physical Demands Analysis (PDA)

Ability to learn new skills and adapt to change as the organization continues to improve processes.
