Key Account Manager


Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate is responsible for the ongoing management of the organization's oil & gas service customer-base in a specified region or major geographical area. This position supports the Company's ambitious growth strategy, industry leading products and services, using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to maintain and assist in maximizing the services to their needs resulting in business retention and revenue generation. In addition, the position will support industry leading customer service & relationship management.


Maximizing market strategies & goals in after-sale opportunities for technologies (Salt Water Disposal, Chlorine Dioxide Water Treatment Units, Electrocoagulation Units and others as developed)
Support the Regional Sales Manager via ongoing communication & partnership
Provide weekly/monthly data of customer updates and regional fracing results via KPI Reports
Research and develop additional sales opportunities via existing customers
Excel in customer relationship & thorough after sales management
A strong communicator – internally within Bosque Systems and also to the customer-base
Follow-up on Regional sales successes to improve customer satisfaction levels
Ongoing reporting of industry trends and technical developments that effect company strategy
Source & work existing customer contacts leading to additional sales
Comply with general policies and procedures of Bosque Systems, LLC


Accountable in assuring that current customer relationships are maintained and developed via industry leading sales support in their respective region for multiple water technologies

4.0 REQUIRED COMPETENCIES – Education / Knowledge / Skills and Abilities

Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing and 5+ years sales experience in oil & gas industry, energy or water treatment industries, or equivalent combination of education and industry
Intermediate computer experience in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
Excellent communications skills and key ability to maintain highest professionalism & productivity
Knowledge of water treatment units and/or salt water disposal operations preferred but not required


Office environment with periodic visits to work sites.
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required and must be worn when on jobsite location:
Safety Glasses, Hard hats, FRC Clothing and other as required by customer.
