Develop cooperation with the managed international and local customers in line with Nestlé´s long-term strategy.
Meet the monthly, quarterly and yearly OP targets by customer and by product group.
Effectively spend and keep to the yearly budget by customer and by product group.
Forecast and manage sales and deal with any departures from the operational plan.
Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions.
Actively cooperate with other departments (customer service, finance, logistics, marketing, CCSD) and coordinate their activities towards customers.
Actively communicate and cooperate with distributors in order to keep them updated about customers, to evaluate the performance and to suggest improvements.
Implement marketing strategies, turning them into customer plans.
Update and maintain product listings.
Monitor competitors and their activities with customers.
Analyse and evaluate the data received from independent agencies (Scan Data, Agencies etc).
Supervise the points of sales of the managed customers.
Present new products and marketing activities to customers.
Work with the internal system (data capture, analyses, reporting, etc.).
Actively participate in internal meetings and projects with other departments.
Identify new opportunities for close cooperation with customers (feedback from the market).
Cooperate in the process of developing channel strategies.
Knowledge & Skills
English language – advanced level (C1)
Good PC skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Communication and presentation skills

Qualifications & Experience
At least 3 years of sales experience
Driving licence B
