Implement initiatives to increase sales that support the Company’s strategic market goals in NA. Act and maintain a strong relationship with the Company’s Market Leaders and supports the business strategy to build the associated market segment.
Develop and establish business marketing strategies as it relates to Energy (Power Conversion Solar) markets
Solicit, visit and develop relationships at all relevant levels with customers and strategic industrial partners
Act as product expert on inverters and systems for customers
Develop and maintain of a marketing plan
Plan and organize the sales approach to assure the most effective development of sales initiatives to ensure achievement of sales objectives
Develop sales strategies to support company objectives
Present and position the Company and offerings in order to be included on the approved and preferred supplier list
Identify new projects and act as Company contact on all existing projects keeping track of all evolutions and continuously coordinating answers and actions
Responds to inquiries from potential customers with an interest in the Company
Investigate, lead and assist in developing bidding strategy
Coordinate tender and bid activities with other units as required
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Technology or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales and business development required with strong technical knowledge of inverters, solar PV systems and Scada systems
Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial sales and business development required with strong technical knowledge of inverters, solar PV systems and Scada systems
Hunter mentality with strong focus on establishing new accounts
Process driven with proven ability to navigate through matrix organization
Ability to travel to destinations in the USA, Canada and overseas on short notice and for extended periods of time
Have the ability to established and maintain long-term relationships with customers, agent and third-party suppliers
