Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations

  • Provide technical support to channel sales and account management teams
  • Engage various experts within Motorola to assist in the design of solutions that would address new market opportunities
  • Design potential solutions for WNS market, utilizing channel partner or alliance products/solutions
  • Proactively develop med to large project opportunities encompassing a wide range of products and services
  • Develop knowledge of vertical market industries and create product/solution requirements for potential customers
  • Develop strong relationships with sales team and support projects across Latin America
  • Design requirements documentation based on channel partner feedback/comments
  • Attend customer/channel events and proactively engage with sales team and channel partners to help provide solutions and services to customers
  • Identify and/or define product portfolio opportunities
Specific Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong relationship management skills -ability to develop and maintain relationship with customers and sales personnel
  • Account management experience desirable
  • Experience with presenting technical solutions to upper management and to customers
  • Negotiation skills preferable
  • Knowledge with WNS (Scanners, RFID, WLAN) industry and/or strong technical experience in related industry/products
  • Experience with channel partners to address customer issues and requirements
  • Highly motivated and results oriented
  • Experience in SFDC or related sales support software/programs is desirable
