Position Description:
Install, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, configure and support PCs, printers, scanners, and other end-user devices along with their network connections in a Health Care environment. Provide desktop application support. Maintain PC and printer management software. Standardized PC image creation and deployment and distributed software installation. Support equipment at multiple sites and transport equipment for repairs. Plan and design PC and printer solutions for new projects. Independent leadership, meticulous organization and technical expertise in planning and resolving issues in complex end-user device deployment projects. Fulfill the Primary On Call role on a rotating basis. Show professional and open cooperation with a team of skilled technicians and other department staff. Provide a high level of customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Monitor and test PC performance and provide PC performance statistics and reports.

Position Requirements:
Education:
2 year Associate's degree required

Experience:
3 to 5 years experience required

Knowledge, Skills:
Individual must possess strong time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills; strong analytical skills; strong verbal & written skills.

License, Registration and/or Certification:
A Pluss Certification (or Equivalent Experience) required upon hire
