Responsible for providing functional and performance guidance to the LMS work force at a print production site location. The position will coordinate all site work assuring that the statement of work and print/finishing requirements are met. This person is responsible for guidance and training while making sure quality and output are within LMS and Client standards. The employee is expected to perform independently day-to-day, organizing details required to meet LMS policies and procedures.

Essential Functions: ¨

Perform and/or coordinate all site specific job responsibilities. ¨
Supervise, organize and coordinate assigned workloads while coordinating LMS personnel and supplies. ¨
Responsible for training, productivity monitoring, quality requirements and quantity requirements. ¨
Analyze and control all production costs to produce profit for area(s) of responsibility. ¨
Give input to subordinates’ work performance reviews. ¨
Perform limited corrective action counseling and coaching. ¨
Have basic knowledge of costs and cost control. ¨
Complete special projects as assigned. ¨
Exercise good business judgment, initiative and creativity. ¨
Personally operate various LMS equipment as required. ¨
Maintain a clean, safe, professional and productive work environment. ¨
Develop and maintain monthly reports for client monthly meetings as necessary. ¨
Demonstrate leadership ability. ¨
High quality production printing skills as specialist with finishing/bindery experience and skills ¨
Experience working in digital print shop and with high end color and BW print technology preferred ¨
Above average technical skills - ability to upload files into multiple systems and work with different print drivers ¨
Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite (above average with Excel and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite products including InDesign. ¨
Good communication skills – verbal, written, electronic ¨
Good positive attitude, reliable, and customer service skills - ability to stay positive under stressful situations ¨
Takes direction well and follow up with detail ¨
Good organizational skills - multi-tasking - attention to detail ¨
Understanding of the print industry and expectations in the shop and with clients ¨
Ability to lift 50 plus pounds and stamina for busy non-stop site activities

functional guidance to the LMS personnel in his/her assigned location. The employee is to organize, coordinate and assign the workload for employees guaranteeing smooth work flow. ¨

Training and Instruction - Employee will provide training to new and existing employees in the
operation of equipment and the performing of overall job responsibilities. This includes on the job monitoring. ¨
Quality - Employee will be ultimately responsible for the quality of the product
produced by his/her site. Employee is responsible for the maintenance of controls to achieve acceptable quality standards. This will require spot checks, documentation of job rejects and corrective action for incorrect work. ¨
Cost Control - The employee will be responsible for completing work in a cost efficient
manner by effectively utilizing labor, minimizing waste and re-do’s and keeping delivery costs to a minimum. ¨
Job Instruction - Employee must be competent at giving and understanding complex
instruction clearly and precisely. He/she must be capable of identifying potential problems and be able to follow through the proper channels to minimize any related idle time that could be encountered. ¨
Organization - Employee should be well organized and have the ability to work with
many interruptions and diversions. ¨
General - Employee may be assigned special projects to organize or develop and
follow through to completion.

Minimum Qualifications: ¨

3 years of industry experience in similar field or job duties. ¨
Ability to work with minimal supervision. ¨
Works well under pressure and achieve deadlines. ¨
Ability to work with detailed information accurately. ¨
Ability to communicate both written and orally. ¨
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software. ¨
Knowledgeable with Loffler’s current product line and software associated with the products.
