An LMS Receptionist is required to provide a welcoming reception to all visitors
and callers of an LMS client. Requires working in an office environment with
florescent lighting and moderate noise level.
Essential Functions:
All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory
performance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary.
Other related duties may be assigned.
¨ Professionally administer all incoming calls.
¨ Ensure phone calls are redirected to the proper person or department.
¨ Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
¨ Perform general clerical duties (i.e. typing, filing, data entry).
¨ Work with along LMS Associates and optimize their productivity.
¨ Interface with customers, sales personnel and management as required to
achieve LMS objectives.
¨ Exercise good business judgment, initiative and creativity.
¨ Maintain a clean, safe, professional and productive work environment.
¨ Provide customer satisfaction at your assigned site.
¨ Deal with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
¨ Work with PC and Microsoft Suite software.
Requirements:
¨ Excellent phone etiquette.
¨ Excellent verbal communication skills.
¨ Punctual and dependable.
¨ Able to work with minimal supervision.
¨ Should be customer service driven.
¨ Able to multi-task.
¨ Professional appearance.
Minimum Qualifications:
¨ One or more years of customer service and/or administrative experience.
¨ High School Diploma or GED
¨ Works well under pressure and achieves deadlines.
¨ Ability to work with detailed information accurately.
¨ Ability to communicate both written and orally.
