Candidates must have familiarity with developing provisioning documents for USN electronic equipment, as well as Configuration Status Accounting data elements and related features within USN and other DoD services to include APl development and update. Candidates must have ICAPS "write capability" experience and current "in-depth" knowledge and experience including "import Excel files to ICAPs" process. Candidates must also have current in-depth familiarity with CDMD-OA including "submitting work files" and performing various research projects. The Logistician II must have in-depth working knowledge of COSAL structure, allowances, and maintenance as well as a working knowledge of OARs, SMIC codes, SM&R codes, and COGs. This person must also be a self-starter with a strong work ethic who possesses a good working knowledge of the federal supply system, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, and other established guidelines. The Logistician II must be able to work independently within a framework of established supply/customer regulations, policies, and procedures or other governing management guidelines as well as the ability to deal with a variety of operating officials regarding limited aspects of program needs of the organization.
Qualifications
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and Access including importing data from various sources, various types of table joins, constructing complex queries, filtering data, and exporting data. Candidates need to be proficient with data entry using various data applications. Candidates must also obtain or have the ability to obtain security clearance. Experience in Forecasting, Planning Display, MRL/MRIL Display, URB Analysis Display, Inventory and Warehouse Display, Warehouse Display and Reporting, Inventory Display and Reporting, Planning Reports, and Local Planning Master Data are all a plus.
