We currently have four openings for on-call LPN's. The Licensed Practical Nurse will, under the supervision of the Medical Director, provide nursing care and treatments to clients and monitor all vital signs. In addition, the LPN will participate in gate-keeping responsibilities for medical issues, under the supervision of the Medical Director as well as participate in conflict resolution pertaining to health issues. The LPN will provide assistance to clients/customers/staff as directed by the Medical Director, to result in timely delivery of services. This is a on call position, with varied shifts and varied number of hours based on scheduling needs.
Position requires a state LPN license; must have at least one year in an acute setting; must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of two years freedom from chemical use problems; requires current CPR/AED certification.
