Makes initial assessment and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidenced by appropriate documentation.
- Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems as evidenced by appropriate documentation.
- Correctly performs technical skills such as vital signs, accu- checks, wound care, medication, administration, IV infusion and therapeutic treatments.
This is a Per Diem position on day or night shift (7A-7:30P or 7P-7:30A) without benefits. Job Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited LPN school is required
Experience & Skills:
A minimum of one recent year of acute care hospital experience preferably in the specialty that you are applying for.
Florida LPN License
30 Hour IV Certification Course
