The LVN II Occupational Health Nurse functions
under the supervision of the Occupational Health Coordinator and
Human Resources Director. The LVN II provides quality, cost effective
Occupational Health services to employees, volunteers, physicians and
contract services. The LVNII supports an organizational culture for
Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence Standards to
all customer groups.

1. An LVN currently licensed by the State of Texas.
possess current BLS certification upon hire and maintain
certification throughout employment.
3. Requires at least two
years recent acute care experience.
