The basic function of a Medical Technologist is to accurately analyze and report all tests ordered by the Medical Staff in a timely manner to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Minimum Requirements
Four Year College B.S. or B.A. Degree
One year previous Laboratory experience in a hospital environment preferred.
Certification as a Medical Technologist - MT(ASCP)
Generalist with blood bank experience preferred
Microbiology experience a plus
