This position requires business process experience as well as expert knowledge in contact center design and programming . It requires a thorough understanding of contact center management, consultation skills and analysis of contact center data. Leadership skills and collaboration among different workgroups is necessary to insure an understanding of both the business and technical requirements of the designed solution.
Required Job Qualifications
•Minimum Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or other related degree.
•May substitute relevant degree with additional 2 + years of experience in call center design or advanced programming design and management for 1 year of required education.
•Excellent oral and written communications skills
•Demonstrated knowledge of call center technology
•Minimum of 2 years experience in Telecommunications services.
