The Lead Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance of operationalized solutions. In this role, your key responsibilities will include implementing improvements in operations, remediating findings, implementing and monitoring controls, and responsibility as change manager working in partnership with the change administration lead analyst, compliance, security, and solutions teams.
Participate in the day-to-day operational support of audits, control testing and compliance requirements for the IT Risk Solutions Operations organization
Maintain System Classification Summaries, Server Inventories, System-Server Mapping and Data Center Inventories
Complete critical systems controls testing and remediate items as required
Complete attestation and proof of testing requirements for changes
Ensure separation of duties compliance
Ensure completion of compliance service requests
Implement controls and processes to improve operational excellence
Serve as subject matter expert to application and process owners as it relates to building, maintaining, and verifying IT controls in their environment
Participate in corporate IT controllership team meetings, sharing best practices and ensure alignment with other Corp IT functions and controllership strategic initiatives
Develop and execute upon action plans to improve change management to meet IT Risk Solutions and Compliance requirements
Create, modify, review technical documentation (SOP’s, support flows, RACI’s) and ensure training requirements are met in transition to operations efforts
Change Management – oversee the management, direction, security and implementation of identified changes / operational processes related to S&C working in partnership with the change lead analyst and operations leads
Serves as approver for minor and major changes
Compliance – ensure security and regulation requirements are enforced including but not limited to export control (EC) and SOX
Create and conduct training sessions for operations compliance adherence as related to testing, change and audit response
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
Minimum 2 years of experience in meeting IT compliance requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management / mitigation efforts
Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing change initiatives, process improvements and resolving difficult challenges in creative ways

Experience in IT Operations
Strong track record of understanding and interest in learning new skills and technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities
Experience with ITIL V3
Understanding of regulatory requirements as they relate to IT for regulations such as SOx 404, export control, and data privacy
Project Management experience leading technical initiatives
Lean / Black Belt / Six Sigma experience
Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
Strong analytical skills – strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipate obstacles and develop plans to resolve
Leader with effective communication and proven execution of deliverables with a wide variety of stakeholders in multiple locations
