The Lead Analyst - Information Security Solutions will be part of a dynamic, growing team providing IT Security Solutions services across the GE Company. In this role, you will work closely with the GE IT security teams to deliver innovative, best in class solutions for protecting GE endpoints and IT infrastructure from a variety of IT security threats.
Assist in developing, managing and maintaining data protection and data encryption security programs including solution configuration changes, testing, reporting, and creating/configuring access roles
Translate customer requirements into a cohesive system architecture strategy
Participate in solution evaluations and proof of concept (POC) reviews
Develop technical documentation, including functional specifications, system design specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Manage detailed design reviews for projects, defining and enforcing clear architectural and design principles
Be accountable as a technical authority and subject matter expert to the GE Businesses
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science related field, (or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience)
Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT systems in a large organization
Minimum 3 years of experience with system implementations

Experience with data encryption and / or data tokenization solutions
Experience with data encryption in the cloud and encryption key management technologies
CISA and / or CISSP certification
