The personal services portal (PSP) integrations analyst will primarily be responsible for integrating suppliers from Canada, North America, and Latin America with our centralized procurement & asset management platform.
Project manager for any new implementation in the Americas for personal telecom services
Point of contact for any technical integration issues
Subject matter expert for procurement and provisioning
Key liaison to the business units for technical questions and provisioning best practices
Project leader for implementing full API automation into current Americas deployments in the personal services portal
Create and keep best practice / help documentation up to date and pushed out to our end user base
Bachelor’s of Science Degree in IT related field (OR Minimum 3 years of experience in IT)
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecommunications
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Project Management
Minimum 1 year of experience working with geographically diverse procurement

MBA or Masters Degree in project management / business
Working knowledge of XML, ColdFusion, HTML, PHP and other scripting languages
