The Systems Security Lead - Web Access Management is responsible for working with the team to provide technical expertise and analytics in the support of the policy server and directory infrastructure. This individual will work to ensure technology is meeting existing and future business requirements. This individual will be responsible for working with vendors and technology partners to ensure support systems are in place and overall service quality goals are achieved.
This is a critical operation’s technical support position responsible for ensuring the Web Access Management policy server and directory infrastructure is managed to meet business requirements.
Provide 24X7 production support including triage of technical resources during high impact issues
Develop and maintain performance reporting, Key Performance Indicators and analytics for policy server and directory infrastructure environment
Ability to communicate with business partners
Identifying and driving improvements for Web Access Management
Operational readiness, including stress testing and operational validation
Write, review and assist in the creation, modification and review of technical documentation (SOP’s, support flows, RACI’s)
Key resource for post problem reviews - identifying root causes and championing resiliency improvements
Proactively drive and own problem trending and tracking activities
Reduce problems through proactive problem prevention activities
Make the tough decisions to prevent negative impact in the environment
Automate manual processes to improve quality and speed of service
Lead simplification efforts to improve speed and quality of operations for web access management
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information systems or technical degree OR (a minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology)
Minimum 1 year of experience in Identity Access Management technologies such as multi-factor authentication, Single Sign-On, Digital Certificates, federation and LDAP
Minimum 3 years of experience in UNIX or network administration
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical problem root cause analysis and resolution

Experience with Ping Identity, Radiant Logic VDS, LDAP and / or CA Siteminder

Demonstrated analytical skills – strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions
