Band WS1: $745 - $1,036
A high school diploma or the equivalent plus five years related experience is required. Knowledge of appliance service business practices is preferred. Candidate should have a good working knowledge of or ability to learn ACOS, C2, Microsoft Office and the CAD system. Demonstrated competency and proficiency in oral and written communications and strong customer skills are required.
Individual directs the daily work assignments including reviewing work, monitoring performance and providing input to appraisals. Individual provides assistance to supervisor as needed and may authorize exceptions to operational procedures in absence of supervisor. Individual directs work assignments for Field Operations personnel, including immediate dispatching of emergency calls related to public safety. Dispatches routine service calls relating to testing and repairing customer owned gas appliances and gas equipment. Dispatches service orders for installations and removal of gas meters and associated gas equipment on a 24-hour basis.
This position is categorized as safety-sensitive for the purpose of drug testing. Successful applicants shall be subject to a pre-assignment drug test if the individual is currently in a non-safety sensitive position. As an employee in this position the individual shall be subject to random drug testing. A positive drug test will result in disciplinary action.
