Serves as the IS&S field resource supporting the site or the assigned geography site operations, internal/external customers, business development, quality, safety, lean, and other teams as appropriate.
Performs assigned technology launch activities through the warranty period. May assist with other launch activities in other locations in the geography.
Acts as the application subject matter expert, infrastructure expert or both, depending on the assignment.
Assists with or drives technology project launches and post launch support activities.
Proactively seeks opportunities to improve the utilization of CEVA technology at the site or in the geography.
Maintains prioritized IT task list for assign locations and coordinates with CEVA Demand/Supply teams to ensure task resolution occurs. Responsible for the analysis, definition and documentation of system changes for new & existing applications in compliance with CEVA IS&S processes.
Assists with system maintenance, configurations, and installation of various hardware technologies & software..
Operates & maintains CEVA computer systems, including but not limited to PCs, printers, RF equipment, data collection devices, etc in accordance with the standards provided by CEVA IS&S management.
Build or maintain IS&S training materials using the standards established by IS&S management. Trains appropriate team(s), as required, on assigned CEVA technologies or IS&S processes.
Maintain and drive prioritized IS&S task list and coordinate with CEVA IS&S teams to ensure task resolution occurs.
Effectively identify and escalate IS&S issues as appropriate.
Serve as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for CEVA application(s).
Aligns with and assists IS&S Infrastructure, CEVA Lean or UNO Teams when appropriate and as assigned.
Perform other duties, which may include operational assignments, as required.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent experience in logistics operations, such as distribution, transportation, warehousing.
Knowledge of MS Project, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
ITIL and/or PMP certification
Logistics certifications or training
Training or certification in desktop hardware, infrastructure, or teleco
1+ year(s) experience with Logistics applications such as Freight Management(FMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
5+ years experience with supply chain activities such as distribution, transportation, warehousing.
Proven experience working successfully in a fast-paced work environment
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
General knowledge of applications, technology relative to CEVA business operations.
Knowledge or experience in PM (project management) tools (eg. Microsoft project), WMS (Red Prairie Discrete, CLICK, INOVATECH), TMS(I2, ORION), FMS (Class, Worldport, FORWARD), Requirements tools(Caliber)
