SurveyMonkey Audience is a business that was launched in 2011 to provide an on-demand group of millions of respondents that SurveyMonkey customers can access. The Role:
In this role you will be responsible for developing a process to build, manage, and convert customer leads across SurveyMonkey sales channels. You will coordinate between the sales and engineering teams to develop a robust process for lead qualification. You will follow-up and develop potential customers to the point of hand off to our dedicated sales team. You also will be responsible for improving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Build and manage lead development pipeline across all lead sources

Assist in developing lead qualification process, including defining parameters and methods

Qualify leads and work to optimize the routing process

Coordinate between sales and engineering teams to develop and improve lead qualification

Manage and prioritize initial business relationships in CRM daily

Optimize customer conversion and retention

Provide weekly activity reports to Sales management

Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly goals for converting qualified leads to Sales

Required qualifications:
At least 1-3 years of sales, marketing, or client services experience

Strong decision-making skills and independent judgment

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree minimum
