Position Title: Lead Scheduling/Planning
KBR is seeking a Lead Scheduling/Planning to join its team in a direct-hire position for an opportunity in Houston.
Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Key Accountabilities and responsibilities:
Lead or provide solid support of Home Office planning/scheduling efforts of petrochemical projects in the $400 MM to $ 2 B range. Our projects have the potential for sporadic travel or possible long term assignment overseas.
Expected tasks include guiding the project in the overall planning process, development of detailed schedules for FEL, EPC or Construction phases. Track schedule and earned physical progress, identify delays and effectively report to management.
Have solid knowledge and ability to implement department work methods, guidelines and procedures. Knowledgeable about overall project planning & detailed scheduling for all aspects of a project including Engineering, Procurement & Construction.

Minimum 5 years Home Office E&C experience in the Petrochemical industry including FEL & EPC stages.
Primavera P6 user experience required.
Must have very solid technical skill and thorough knowledge of project controls principals and work methods.
BS Engineering degree preferred.
Good analytical skills that will allow assessments of project performance problems and be able to develop and implement solutions via communication and support with Project Management.
