The Lead Technician/ Project Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, testing, training and closing of mission critical and/or high-profile audiovisual and videoconferencing projects. The position is the single point of contact from pre-sale through project sign-off. The Lead Technician/Project Manager is responsible for fiscal responsibility, managing budgets, risks, resources, and other client-specific contract issues. This position will take client ownership at a very high level, coordinate with all related stakeholders, deliver projects to meet the scope and exceed the client’s expectations.
-Minimum 3 years experience working as a Lead Technician and/or Project Manager in the
audio visual, telecommunications or IT fields
-Excellent job site problem solving skills
-Knowledge of AMX, Crestron Control Systems and video conference systems
-Professional demeanor and presentation
-Ability to work well with others and follow instructions
-Self-starter with ability to maximize efforts daily, without daily supervision
-Self-sufficient, self-motivated, organized, reliable with an excellent work ethic
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
-Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and strong presentation skills
-Strong computer skills with MS Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
-InfoComm CTS certification a plus
