We lead the market by setting the standard for brake and clutch quality, on-time performance and commitment to innovative service. We are currently seeking a Assembly Line Leader to join our team.
Performs repetitive work station or line assembly operations to assemble and adjust various styles of clutches or brakes and may involve heavy lifting.
Perform all duties related to Assembler
Provide training and guidance for new employees
Determine priorities based on customer requirements and take appropriate action
Provide input to supervision as to how to improve efficiency and productivity of each function on a continuous basis
Maintain communication with other departments
Maintain equipment, maintenance records, preventive maintenance programs
Work independently from Supervisor and Engineer on daily shop problems with both short and long term corrective actions
Perform tasks as requested by Supervision
Check orders, schedule lines and open orders through CINCOM
Monitor 5s to include making out weekly 5s maintenance schedule and organizing weekly schedule of doing 5s checklist
Less than high school education; and/or 6 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and understand assembly and machining drawings.
