POSITION LOCATION: VARIOUS MWV GLOBAL LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE 2-YEAR PROGRAM

The Leadership Associate Program at MWV is your opportunity to fast-track your career by gaining broad management experience across a global stage. Gain real-time experience and insight working on the world’s leading brands and innovative products. You’ll rotate through different global assignments to build your general management and leadership skills. During the intensive two-year program, you will gain hands-on experience in core business areas including finance, commercial and operations. Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills will be vital to leading assignments with changing and challenging responsibilities. Your ability to deal with ambiguity and change will be critical to working on global assignments in a matrix environment. Along the way, you’ll work with – and be mentored by – senior leaders at MWV. You’ll be asked to challenge yourself to work with and deliver solutions to some of the world’s leading brands. Moreover, you’ll enter a workplace inspired by creativity, passion and innovation. During the two-year program, you’ll get exposure to solving MWV’s unique business challenges. Working with some of the best minds in the industry, you will work on key initiatives that advance MWV ‘s overall strategic goals and objectives. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
MBA degree with strong academic performance International mobility and adaptability throughout the two-year program (Europe, USA, emerging markets – Brazil, China and India - and other worldwide locations) Fluency in English and knowledge of another language – or willingness to learn another language 4+ years professional experience Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills Demonstrated leadership skills Drive and initiative to go above and beyond to achieve goals while collaborating in a team environment Integrity and commitment to high ethical standards Interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills Interest in a manufacturing-oriented business
