This program provides the foundation for future success of Caterpillar's engineers, technologists, and technical professionals.
The Leadership and Technical Development Program contains multiple Engineering tracks. Each track includes multi-rotational assignments that can range from 12-36 months.
Engineers within the program must be willing to travel and relocate domestically.
Applicants will be considered for positions throughout the United States.

Applicants must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's, Masters or PhD in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Material Science degree from an accredited school or program, graduating in 2013 or within the last 36 months. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.8/4.0 (no rounding).
