Mission/ Directive:

Quantum is currently seeking experienced candidates to provide support as Lean Six Sigma/ LSS Analysts. ***** These postitions are contingent on contract/ task award.

Responsibilities
Assist in implementation of a LSS tracking system
Present quarterly briefings on LSS tracking and execution
Daily monitor of LSS project execution for analysis and reporting to government employee supervisors.
Daily maintain the PM DCATS LSS PowerSteering system.
Provide Quarterly LSS training.
Performing analysis and documentation of existing business processes and recommendations for improvement
Perform business process reengineering to include business process modeling, Lean Six Sigma, enterprise risk assessment management and methodology support, web application and Help Desk support services
Documenting business processes
Participating in integrated process teams (IPTs) and other permanent or temporary PM DCATS teams in support of business process improvement.
Coordinating IPT meetings, contributing functional or technical expertise, and/or providing administrative support.
Providing business process improvement documentation and briefings including cost estimates, earned value analysis, and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis
Providing communication, outreach, and organizational improvement support.
Independently plan and carry out projects and analysis of the organization’s program requirements.
Participate in Business Transformation/Lean Six Sigma discussions for gap analysis and Lean Six Sigma projects.

Requirements
Have obtained a Black Belt Certification within the last three years
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
5 years of relevant field experience
