Seeking a Learning Specialist to join the TotalSource team.
Duties include: conduct, design, develop, implement and coordinate instructor led and web-based training on the functional and technical aspects of the ADP TotalSource/ Resource product suite for Clients and ADP associates.

Modify current classroom material used during in-person, virtual classroom or for computer based training (CBT) training.
Develop and conduct specialized training in support of ADP Clients' needs. Certify Clients and Associate Learning Specialists in all aspects of the ADP TotalSource services and product suite.

Must have 1-3 years experience delivering soft skills and applications training .
Deliver Client on-site training upon request.
Participate in the instructional development process by testing/editing training materials and by providing feedback regarding class flow, hands-on exercises, and knowledge checks.
Effectively use fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of adult learning.
Deliver functional and technical training to associates and Clients. Delivery responsibilities includes the coordination of "Core" and "Role" Development curriculum, "Applied" Learning classroom training, Client HR sessions via classroom, onsite, and web, new release, refreshers and customized and specialized training (e.g. DiSC, Five Dysfunctions of a Team), and other sessions as requested.· Conduct New Hire On-boarding Calls with all ADP TotalSource associates
20% domestic travel required to ADP regional offices and/or Client sites.
Keep current and proficient on all new product rollouts, as well as existing offerings. Includes attending appropriate Train the Trainer sessions.
Monitor training effectiveness and reports back to Training Manager or Training Director any suggested changes.
Prepare and submits department reports, and projects and project timelines according to standard operating procedures.·
Proficient at using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
Required to train My TotalSource, My Resource, EV4, Clarify and other supporting applications as assigned· Assist in the creation and deployment of new release training materials and training delivery.

Experience, Skills, Academic:
Minimum of two years' experience in a training delivery position.
Minimum of two years' experience in a Human Resources role preferred.
Knowledge of and experience with pertinent topics (payroll, implementation, HR, etc.) preferred.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and platform skills required.
Demonstrated ability in the use of computers and productivity software is required.
Ability to develop or adapt training classes and materials necessary.
