Leasing /Marketing Consultant - NOVA (SP)
This position will be required to work some weekends.
Plus Aggressive Leasing Bonuses.
We have several positions open in the Northern Virginia area for the Leasing / Marketing Consultants.
As a Full time Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for the professional leasing of rental apartments to maximize income potential and achieve property occupancy.
In addition, you will also ensure that the leasing sales process is followed correctly and that resident satisfaction is maintained as a priority.
You may also complete marketing reports, applications and leases as needed, and provide recommendations to management regarding apartment pricing.
Background check required.
Sales and customer service experience a plus.
