The primary purpose of this position is to promote and maintain a high occupancy standards through the utilization of sales, marketing, and resident retention skills.
Essential Job Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
Rent apartments and conduct all necessary follow-up.
Prepare and process all leases and related forms correctly and in a timely manner.
Assist Managers when needed.
Handle all details of move-ins and move-outs.
Work with resident and resident organizations.
Assist in the preparation of Market Surveys and the assessment of Marketing programs
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism. Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public. Must be able to speak, write and understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, employees, residents, and families.
Education and Experience
High school or G.E.D. equivalent.
Good oral and written skills.
Good customer service skills.
