The Journalism Program in the University of New Hampshire's Department of English invites applications for a benefits-eligible lectureship in journalism to begin January 2014 with an expected end date of May 2015.

The 3-3 teaching load includes undergraduate courses in basic and advanced newswriting, editing, digital reporting, and multimedia storytelling.

Acceptable Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' professional journalism experience, including work in today's digital newsrooms, and demonstrated teaching ability. Strong reporting and editing experience is essential, as is experience telling stories in multimedia formats.

Additional Desirable Qualifications:
Candidates with a master's degree are preferred.
