Marketing Coordinator / Event Specialist
Prominent international firm based in Century City seeks a Marketing Coordinator with event coordination experience to join their team. Strong candidates will be self-sufficient, self-starters with a flexible team-oriented attitude in addition to sophisticated verbal/written communication skills and a strong, demonstrated proficiency in Excel. This Marketing Coordinator position will support and liaise with Partners and firm executives in both client development and industry research and analysis in addition to being responsible to coordinate, manage and facilitate both internal and external firmwide events.

Job responsibilities:
Provide coordination and support for a variety of marketing activities including, but not limited to, business development and heavy event coordination and creation/handling of promotional materials and marketing collateral, etc.
Coordination of responses to RFPs
Preparation of pitch materials and marketing collateral
Perform firm and legal industry research and analysis
Support client development plans for individual attorneys and practice groups


Required Experience:
BA/BS degree strongly preferred, though not required for candidates offering strong applicable experience in legal industry marketing and event coordination.
Event planning experience within the legal industry strongly preferred.
High level of attention to detail and strong written/verbal proficiency.
Strong proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel & Powerpoint preferred.
