In the role of Receptionist/Client Service Specialist you will be the first impression for all clients. You will answer an average of 50 calls per day, greet clients, schedule meetings and create the "wow" factor for all clients in everything you do. You will be responsible for ensuring the customer experience is exceptional throughout every part of the client service environment at every period in the day.
We are looking for your passion and enthusiasm for customer service and exceptional organizational skills to assist us in the continued improvement of our business model. In this position you will be working closely with our agents and our customers to service personal lines and commercial lines policies.
Prior insurance agency experience and a current property and casualty license preferred. Five years of office customer service experience required. Excellent computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple web pages and multi-task with many programs is essential.
Pay based on experience. Vacation, and health benefits options are available.
