Our line cooks are responsible for the preparation and recipes of all menu items in their assigned station. They cook everything from scratch but follow established recipe and plating procedure.
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least 5 years experience in a high volume restaurant (200-250 covers a shift).
-The ability to multitask and has experience working multiple stations.
-The ability to communicate effectively and is a team player
-The ability to execute in a high volume and fast paced environment while maintaining quality.
-Is inspired and seeks to learn new things
