Prepares menu items within company established guidelines to meet and exceed guest/customer satisfaction in terms of appearance, wholesomeness, and overall dining experience. Successful candidate will be responsible for the daily preparation of all food items in all facets of the restaurant's culinary operation. Candidate should possess a clear understanding of the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchen related activities .

2 - 4 Years related experience in a dynamic restaurant atmospher

Serv-Safe certification preferred but not required

Polite and Courteous manner dealing with both the public and staff
Establishing positive relationships within all departments
Working as part of a team
Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
Standing for long periods of time in various temperatures
Performing tasks safely and in a timely manner while adhering to company policies and procedures
