Responsibilities include setting up specific cooking stations, preparing food for the restaurant with ticket system, maintaining a clean work environment, assisting the kitchen manager in tasks as needed, and maintaining consistent quality by following recipes. Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment, have prior restaurant line cooking experience, have knife skills, and possess a good attitude towards fellow employees. Applicant must be 17 years or older. Ability to follow cleaning charts, prep lists and sanitation procedures necessary. Full-time and part-time positions available.
