Job Description
Responsible for the initial training of production floor personnel in accordance with SOP and GMP guidelines.
Fosters continuous improvement on the floor by ensuring adherence to Packaging Instructions and Line Diagrams.
Coaches Line workers on the efficient use of lean production practices in order to meet/surpass production goals.
Utilizes/assigns personnel where needed to ensure maximum efficiency and attainment of established production standards.
Analytical Problem Solving
7 year National Criminal Background Check will be conducted. No felonies. No Misdemeanors of a violent nature. All other criminal history will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Requirements:
Line Leaders will need to have the following skills
Interpretation Skills (putting dates in order)
o Be able to order pallets of material to the line by earliest expiration or best used by date
o Be able to derive a best buy date by looking at a production lot
Excel Skills
o Be able to enter variables and execute a calculation of a finished lot based on subcomponent expiry dates and production dates
ยง NOTE: We will design a workbook to assist in this calculation
Internet Navigation Skills
o Be able to navigate PackManager program (computer literate)
