The Liquor Inventory Senior Auditor is responsible to conduct, oversee, and/or manage client asset audits with a goal to optimize the client's liquor/beer/wine profitability. In this role, the Senior Auditor will manage Junior Auditors as they conduct periodic on-site client visits (weekly or bi-weekly) thereby performing the duties and responsibilities associated with inventory control and management. The Senior Auditor will also perform client audits as required. Using our proprietary technology, the Senior Auditor will train Junior Auditors to weigh product (e.g., bottles, kegs), perform an accurate inventory count via scanner, enter the control data into our system, download sales data from the client's POS, analyze the results, and prepare an electronic report which will be sent to the client as a deliverable. The Senior Auditor is expected to maintain management authority, scheduling, and quality control of all subordinates' work products. The typical audit day starts around 5am-6am and ends around 1pm-2pm.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a high school diploma/GED (advanced education/coursework desired), minimum of two years bar/restaurant experience, reliable transportation and current/unrestricted driver's license, the physical ability to perform lifting/moving, strong computer skills, strong management/leadership experience, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule. The best-fit candidate will have strong math and writing skills, an engaging demeanor, strict attention to detail, and a willingness to accept accountability for his/her area of responsibility.

The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:
-- Travel in personally-owned vehicle to clientele locations in order to provide service level and/or manage subordinates' work
-- Perform regularly-scheduled audits of client assets and review subordinates' audits for accuracy and timeliness
-- Conduct and manage audits through the use of proprietary computer technology and equipment
-- Compare/analyze resulting inventory data and sales data
-- Produce resulting report and develop electronic report
-- Brief client on activity and results on an as-needed basis
-- Provide personnel management, training, quality reviews, and hire/fire when needed
-- Obtain continuous client feedback and adjust operations accordingly
