The Liquor Inventory Senior Auditor is responsible to conduct, oversee, and/or manage client asset audits with a goal to optimize the client's liquor/beer/wine profitability. In this role the Senior Auditor will conduct weekly or bi-weekly on site visits to perform the duties and responsibilities associated with inventory control and management.
Using our proprietary technology, the Senior Auditor will weigh product (e.g., bottles, kegs), perform an accurate inventory count via scanner, enter the control data into our system, download sales data from the client's POS, analyze the results, and prepare detailed reports to deliver to our clients in a timely manner. When working with a junior auditor, the Senior Auditor is expected to maintain management authority, scheduling, and quality control of all work product.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a College degree however it is not a requirement based on experience. A minimum of two years bar/restaurant experience preferrably in a managerial role, the physical ability to perform lifting/moving, strong computer skills, strong management/leadership experience, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule. The best-fit candidate will have strong math and writing skills, an engaging demeanor, strict attention to detail, and a willingness to accept accountability for his/her area of responsibility.
Other requirements for the position include;
The ability to lift a beer keg 6 inches off the ground (to place on scale for weighing purposes)
Strong PC skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Excel
Management/Leadership skills and the ability to work independently and self motivate
Daily timeliness and attendance are important, our typical day starts at 6:30am.

-- Travel to different clientele locations in New York City in order to provide Bevintel service
-- Perform regularly-scheduled audits of client assets
-- Conduct and manage audits through the use of proprietary computer technology and equipment
