Must be advanced user and trainer of kCura's Relativity. Advanced knowledge of litigation support applications through education/certification, use, and training others. Must have advanced knowledge of litigation support applications. Concordance, iConect, LAW PreDiscovery, Relativity, CaseMap, and Summation.

Exceptional technical writing and customer communications, including end user training.

Ability to work with a cross-functional team in a secure environment.

Desired skills
Experience with DOJ-Civil technical environment.

Experience with Relativity.

Experience with trial software such as Trial Director and Sanction is a plus.

Specific Job Description
Provide training to USDOJ Civil Division client on kCura’s Relavity. Must have expert knowledge in navigating workpaces, view, and layouts. Must be proficient in using and training on mark-up sets, batches, search strategies, indices, annotations, redactions, and performing productions. Assist with advanced troubleshooting in Relativity and other ALS applications. Incumbent must also be proficient in Concordance 9.5 or 10, LAW Prediscovery 6, and CaseMap. Experience in Summation, Trial Director, or Sanction is a plus.

Provide support to USDOJ Civil Division client to include training, application testing, data processing, and data loading for standard litigation support applications (e.g.Relativity, Concordance, LAW). Train users to perform data processing, loading, and searching using these applications. Provide Automated Litigation technology guidance and relate technical issues including networking, operating systems, backup and storage, and desktop support to client and users. Will use your knowledge of litigation support applications and processes in assisting users to learn and utilize these softwares and tools. Sr. Trainer will also provide Help desk/On-Site support and cross training. Compose original presentations and perform other writing projects, such as "Tip Sheets" and “Training Manuals” on an ongoing basis. Independently obtains information needed to prepare training programs and training materials. Design and implement product demonstrations and independently develops course content and training methodologies. Conducts individual and group training sessions, product demonstrations, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
