Job Purpose and Scope:
This position provides administrative and clerical support to the Lending department.
Essential Job Functions:
Serve as first point of contact for all internal and external calls to the department.
Coordinate with lenders all applications received via fax and electronic submission.
Handle dealer applications and manage the funding process.
Produce reports, including monthly usage reports, multiple reports documenting daily, weekly, and monthly results, and credit reports as needed.
Prepare and mail Adverse Action Notices to declined applicants as required by law.
Assemble loan files for Credit Administration/Loan Review.
Document and request monthly disbursement of dealer reserve accounts.
Reconcile monthly reports to lenders’ monthly application/funding results.
Serve as liaison to ensure the bank is meeting the customers’ needs and to maximize the customer/bank relationship.
Maintain good punctuality and attendance to work.
Marginal Job Duties:
Become familiar with bank products and services to have the ability to cross sell.
Provide back up support as needed for commercial lending.
