Check in male shelter clients following proper procedures process. Monitors the activity of clients staying in shelter on an assigned shift ensuring safety, security and compliance to house rules; plans, prepares, cooks and serves nutritional meals and snacks in accordance with established guidelines and schedules; ensures all meals are prepared and served in a safe and presentable manner; maintains accurate and complete records and logs containing pertinent information; receives and receipts fees received from residents; cleans facilities ensuring that all kitchen, dining, and dorm areas are maintained in neat and proper order.

Required Experience:
One year experience cooking food for large groups.

Required Education:
High School Diploma OR equivalent.

Paid vacation; Pension, AFLAC & Vol. Life Insurance
